2. Scope of Data Collected

Voquanex.eu is a static editorial website. Personal data is collected only in the following circumstances:

• Contact form submissions: When you use the contact form on the homepage, the data you provide (name, phone number, email address, and message text) is transmitted to the editorial desk email address. This data is not stored in a database on the server.
• Server access logs: Like all web servers, the server hosting Voquanex.eu automatically records the IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, and timestamp of each HTTP request. These logs are retained for 30 days for security purposes and are not used for profiling.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

Processing of contact form data is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given at the moment of submitting the form. Processing of server access logs is based on the legitimate interest of the data controller in maintaining server security (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Cookies

Voquanex.eu uses one first-party cookie for the purpose of storing your cookie consent preference:

• cookie_consent — localStorage key (not an HTTP cookie) storing the value "accepted" or "rejected". Expires: session-persistent (cleared when browser local storage is cleared).

This site does not use third-party advertising cookies, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other tracking technology. The only external resource loaded is the Google Fonts stylesheet; Google may collect usage data in accordance with their own privacy policy available at policies.google.com/privacy.

5. Wikimedia Commons Images

Images displayed on this site are loaded directly from Wikimedia Commons servers (upload.wikimedia.org). Your browser sends an HTTP request to Wikimedia Foundation servers when loading these images. Wikimedia Foundation's privacy policy applies to these requests and is available at foundation.wikimedia.org/wiki/Privacy_policy.

6. Data Retention

Contact form messages received by email are retained for a maximum of 24 months or until the correspondence is concluded, whichever is earlier. Server access logs are retained for 30 days and then deleted automatically.

Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Polish Act on Personal Data Protection, you have the following rights:

Voquanex.eu is served exclusively over HTTPS using TLS 1.2 or higher. The server infrastructure is maintained in an EU-based data centre. Contact form messages are transmitted to a mailbox protected by two-factor authentication.

Material changes to this privacy policy will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site following the publication of a revised policy constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
